Lee is a Chartered Physiotherapist (MCSP), a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), has a Pgdip in Physiotherapy, BSc (Hons) degree in Sport and Exercise science, and is a registerd acupuncturist (AACP).
My career started in 2007 where I became a physiotherpy student at the University of Teesside. I qualified in 2009, and knew from the beginning I always wanted to specialise in MSK physiotherapy.
I started working in early 2009 at Conquest Hopital in Hastings working in the MSK departement running classes, hydrotherapy sessions, alongside 1:1 assessments and treatments. In October 2009 I moved to Peterborough and Stamford NHS foundation Trust.
During this time I completed rotations in all the core areas of physiotherapy which has given me a vast and varied knowledge that proves invaluable in treating patients with a variety of present and past medical conditions. Although I enjoyed working in all areas of physiotherapy, it was Musculoskeletal Outpatient Physiotherapy (MSK) that I further developed my passion for.
With this passion in 2012 I moved into a Senior MSK role at Peterborough and Stamford, as well as providing physiotherapy and match day first aid for a local rugby club. This allowed me to further build of the skills I have learned alongside developing new ones.
