She has been training with an Iyengar teacher since 2001 and currently attends in service training days with the British Wheel of Yoga & Iyengar Yoga UK
More recently Linda trained with Birthlight, Cambridge in yoga for pregnancy and has been teaching this since 2011
In addition to teaching the above mentioned various styles of yoga classes at Parks Therapy Centre her specialist interests are in teaching group classes in Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire and on a one to one, two to one and family basis, and for people with specific needs.
Linda says “Yoga works physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It re-unites the fragmented self and can help relieve numerous health problems, if practiced on a regular basis, such as anxiety, depression, pain, joint and back problems, imbalances in the body, problems with internal organs and breathing problems. People say that they come away from a Yoga class with a total feeling of wellbeing and this carries through in their everyday life”
